Application for Flats under Build-To-Order (BTO) Exercise

With portable rehousing benefits, you can now enjoy an even wider range of rehousing options. You can apply for a flat under the Aug 2018 Build-To-Order Exercise using this online system and enjoy the same benefits.



Important Notes

  1. Application period is from 28 Aug to 3 Sep 2018 midnight.
  2. HDB will extend priority allocation to SERS flat owners who apply for a flat under the Build-To-Order (BTO) or Sale of Balance Flats (SBF) exercise within the grace period to buy a replacement elsewhere. SERS flat owners may apply under the Resettlement/Relocation/Tenants’ Priority Scheme, where 10 percent of flat supply from each exercise is set aside for priority applicants. With this benefit, SERS flat owners will now have more options of replacement flats and a higher chance in booking a flat offered in a BTO or SBF exercise. If you wish to apply for other priority schemes or if you are not eligible to use your SERS rehousing benefits to apply for a flat under this exercise, you may wish to apply as a public applicant if you qualify to buy a flat direct from HDB.
